Hello! I am moving out soon and thus looking for someone to replace my En-suite tenancy with The Boulevard at ONLY 135 ppw, starting from 7th July 2024 up to 7th September.

- 1.1 miles away from York City Centre, approx. 20 mins walk
- There are many convenient local shopping areas nearby - super near Dominos Pizza and Makkah International Supermarket

There is also a bus stop just outside with the following buses:

- X46 Eastrider and X47 Eastrider
