Looking for a replacement student tenant to live in 80 Alcuin Avenue during the 2024-2025 academic year. It is a double bedroom with a double bed and is £180 per person per week with bills included. It also includes a washer and a half bath and full bathroom. A female replacement would be ideal. Both the house and the room are very clean and in good condition.
