The bathroom would be shared between the two flatmates on the 1st floor.

There is a two car drive and a small cosy garden for those summer bbqs. The neighbours are very friendly but keep to themselves and the neighbourhood is very safe and tranquil. The house is located in the beautiful village of Annesley, close to parks and farms, perfect for someone looking for a peaceful place to live.

Currently, the flatmates split the bills (council tax - band B, water, wifi, gas and electric) which come up to about £130-£170 a month each, on top of rent.

Location:
• 25 mins drive to Nottingham city centre
• 15 mins drive to Mansfield town centre
• 10 mins drive to Newstead Abbey Castle

Getting around:
A car would be beneficial but there is a bus 3A which takes you straight into Nottingham (40 mins) or the other way into Mansfield (30 mins).
Newstead Village train station is 10 mins walk/5 mins drive

Perfect home away from the city centre with easy access to M4 and local transport services.

I would highly recommend viewing as the pictures don’t do the house much justice.
