Spacious furnished double room in lovely home

I have a furnished double room in my lovely home available for a friendly and considerate lodger.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed and mattress, desk, chair and built-in wardrobe. You will have shared access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. I also have a dishwasher and washing machine.

It is a 10-minute walk to Sneinton Market, 15 minutes walk to Hockley (and the Lace Market Tram Stop) and 25 minutes to Nottingham train station. I am on the 25/26/27 NCT lilac bus route too.

You will be sharing the house with myself and my rescue dog, Daisy, so dog lovers are preferred :)

I am looking for a like-minded housemate who wants to live in a clean, respectful, friendly, peaceful and creative houseshare.

Bills are also inclusive of common household amenities, such as washing up liquid and kitchen roll.
