Two mature cats and a live-in landlord offer a lovely house in a quiet area, that's 10 minutes walk from the shops, cafes and bars of Ecclesall Road, and about 20 minutes walk to great parks (Endcliffe Park, Botanical Gardens, Chelsea Park), the city centre. About 5 minutes to Nether Edge shops and from the General Cemetery/ open space.

Council tax Band D, Energy efficient (EPC band B). House has been completely remodelled in last few years e. g new kitchen/ bathrooms & ensuite, new boiler, oak floorboards, push-button gas fire, and security measures. Good quality, high-end furniture throughout.

Seeking a reasonable person to share house (shared living/ dining room and kitchen), with large furnished, ensuite master bedroom available. Large private landscaped garden with lawn and large patio.

References required. Friendly/ reasonable live-in landlord. Happy if you'd prefer to do your own thing, have a chat, or watch Netflix. All bills included. Council tax Band D.

Option to also rent a second smaller room (as well, if needed), either 850 pcm (for two rooms inc bills), or £400 inc bills (if just want a smaller room, includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc). Some furniture can be changed if needed for either room.
