Spacious Single Room near Waddon

Spacious single room with central heating and plenty of natural light. Room comes fully furnished: single bed; storage units; desk; chair; clothes rack. House is on a quiet street with a peaceful and cosy feeling.

All bills are included. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Kitchen comes equipped with all mod cons incl microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a communal dining area in the kitchen where we often hang out. You also have access to the garden, where we like to hang out too.

Neither of us work a regular 9-5 but when we both have the same time off we like to hang out together. It is important to us to find someone who is also queer or an ally, and who fits into the household as this isn't just a house share, it's our home.

Besides humans, this house also has two very friendly resident cats, so you will need to like cats to live here.

The house is within walking distance to Croydon town centre, as well as some big supermarkets on Purley Way. Waddon rail station and Wandle Park tram stop are both about 7 min walk away. There are also several parks within 10 min walk.
