Studio Flat for rent - Central Woking

I am going travelling for a year from Jan 2025, so I am wanting to rent my flat (furnished) whilst I am away. It is on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the railway, 5 minute walk to the station and town centre. Noise is very limited with good windows and hardly a distraction. Comes with white goods and dishwasher, management office, 2 lifts and 24 hour access gym.

I am only looking to rent the flat whilst I am away so will be out from the beginning of December this year and will only be able to offer a 12 month rental on the assumption I return. In return I am looking for a professional and reliable Tennant who I can trust to take care of it.
