Double room in Heathcote

I am renting this room in my house.
We would be 3 people in total sharing the house.
This room shares the bathroom with other room (with one lodger).
The house has a beautiful south-facing garden and a garage (where you could save your bike or some boxes).
There is an open-plant kitchen with dining table and sofa with TV.
There is another living room where I will put a sofa bed (for visits) and a TV (maybe a tumble dryer too).
The room is partially furnished but I will finish it before the tenant enters into the house. We can discuss if you are interested.
The house has three toilets, one of them is ensuite in my room.
Bills are included in the price, which covers broadband too.
There will be a person coming to clean the common areas once every 2 weeks, which is also included in the price.
I am looking for a relax person, who is tidy and respects the house.
