Single Room available at the University of Warwick

Hi everyone, I rent a house which is just opposite Westwood Accommodation on campus. It did have 6 Phd students living in the property, 1 has now left due to finishing their course and I'm looking for someone to take their room.

I'm doing virtual viewings and in-person viewings each week, so happy to show you around.

The house is in the perfect location as it's an 8 min walk into central campus and a 5 min walk to Tescos.
