Location
The house is situated in the brand new Manor View development in East Grinstead and is within walking distance to the town centre and East Grinstead train station. The estate is situated just off Turners Hill Road and has the Bluebell Railway running across a viaduct at the rear of the property. Building work on the estate has now been completed.

There are direct train links from the station to London Victoria in under an hour. The estate is a quiet and secluded residential area with off road parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway and a garage (currently used for storage). There is other parking available on the estate for vistors etc. Gatwick Airport is an 11 mile drive from the house. There is lots of green space which can be explored from the property - Ashdown Forest is also nearby.

House
The house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with one en-suite and two communal bathrooms on the ground and first floors respectively. The house has a kitchen diner with built in fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a separate utilities room with a washing machine. There is a lounge with Sky TV and Sky Cinema. French doors lead from the kitchen diner to a good sized garden. The house has high speed broadband and I also have a Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Apple TV subscription which are all linked to the TV.

The room available is a small double which is furnished with a double bed, a 3 door wardrobe and some drawers. This is the smaller of the rooms on the first floor and the bathroom is shared with one other female housemate.

The room rate is £600pcm including all bills which are council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband and TV licence.
A bit about me
I bought the house about 18 months ago to be closer to London for work. I would like to live with people who are sociable, willing to spend time together and go out together from time to time. Friends or partners are welcome to stay over at any time. I've lived in shared houses for the last 11 years and have found that it's a fantastic way to meet people and have some fun! I work for a professional services firm in London and I do have to do some travel for work but when I'm at home, I enjoy cooking and will happily make dinner for anyone else in the house.
