We are moving into a house in Burley on 01/07 and are looking for a 4th housemate! It’s a lovely large house on the end of a terraced street very close to Headingley stadium. 5-8 min walk from buses and trains to go into city centre, about 10 min walk from Headingley. It has a little grassy front garden area and a large kitchen/living space. The basement is also good for storage! The house has lots of light and the windows overlook the allotments which is why we loved it! There is one bathroom upstairs and also a toilet downstairs :) Rent is £573pcm all bills included, plus council tax band b (usually £35 each)

About us: We are all 3 young professionals (2 she/they, 1 guy). We are tidy and respectful of eachother. We often cook for eachother, go to gigs together, watch films etc. 2/3 of us are musicians (singer+guitar- no DJs in this house)- we are very respectful of noise. We are ideally looking for another girl to join the house who is a young professional (for council tax reasons) <3
