Large Double room available from June 1 in a quiet shared house.

The house very central, five minutes' walk from the City centre's shops, Foregate Street Station and is close to RGS. This light bright second floor room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror etc.

The rent includes use of the shared lounge & recently updated kitchen, and a secure garden with patio, table and chairs. There is a shared ground floor toilet and an additional ground floor bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. The garden is accessed by a side alley so that bicycles can be kept securely in it. Street parking for cars is available and the current tenant has a street parking pass.

All bills are included in the rent: - council tax, gas central heating, electricity, water charges, high speed broadband, TV licence.

There are currently three other tenants: one female graduates from the University of Worcester (specialising in Sports Science and Game Design), a self-employed man and the father of one of the young women is moving out of the vacant room, who was also a University of Worcester graduate and now works in IT. It is a very quiet, very clean and friendly house.

The room would suit a single person or couple, (if taken by a couple the rent would be slightly increased), perhaps someone working locally. This is not the perfect house for a major party animal; some of the residents work night shifts and the house is quiet. The landlord, who lives locally, is a former Senior Lecturer with the University of Worcester.

To secure the room, references from a current employer or landlord are required, plus a deposit of £550 and a month's weeks’ rent in advance. The rent is payable every month but can be paid monthly, if preferred.
