21 year old looking for a room in Edinburgh!

Hello, I’m Grace :)

I’m 21 currently working in Edinburgh and going into my final year of a Comparative Literature degree at University of Glasgow. My ideal is to find a flat in Edinburgh to live full time and commute through for uni!

A bit about me:

Right now I work in a bakery and have a lot of really nice regulars and friends I’ve got to know through it. I am trying (emphasis on trying) to improve my latte art skills at the job😌.
Im not a big clubber, I enjoy it but really don’t tend to go anymore - you’ll more often find me going to a nice pub or out for a nice dinner.
I’m a social person but definitely need my down time! I tend to prefer a one on one friend meet up, just find it more relaxing but love spending time with a group of friends also.
I’m living by the sea at the moment but would say I’m more of a forest person, I love woodland walks. I like cooking and don’t find it a chore and I enjoy crochet (though I do have an unfinished project that’s been sitting here for about 6 months that I really need to get round to!). At the moment I’m quite into using my film camera, I’ve been using it for about a year and not that great at it but I’m still learning!

I don’t have too busy a lifestyle at the moment. Because uni is finished for the summer right now my week just looks like a couple of shifts at the bakery and then a volunteer shift in a library - something I have just been hired for and am excited to begin.

As a flatmate:
As a flatmate I’d say I’m pretty easy going but I really respect the communal spaces and really appreciate keeping them clean and tidy. I like to get to know my flatmates and spend time with them but very much respect the need for our own time :) Looking ahead to next semester, I’m at university in Glasgow and am looking for a place in Edinburgh to commute from.
