Need 1 bed flat studio / large double Houseshare

Hi, I'm a quiet but sociable semi-retired professional in my sixties. I have had various careers in the past, worked full-time for over 30 years, last having worked part-time in customer support at Asda for 3 years before taking time off after the pandemic to do some travelling around Europe. I am currently in Paignton living in rented accommodation in a large double which is fine at the moment, but the owner is now looking to sell her house, hence me looking for alternative accommodation in the Torbay area and Teignmouth if possible.
The room would ideally be a large double or a self-contained studio or flat, which I would be prepared to pay a little more obviously, so I am quite flexible on the cost per month again more or less depending on the type of accommodation advertised.
