Male seeks a double room

Hi I’m Jack. I’m 25 and looking for a room with good people in there. I’m in need of a room as soon as possible as I’m sort of here there and everywhere and need a stable place as I’ve been offered a job soon as I’ve got a room as they can’t rely on me with the position I’m in. I get £392 then also another £314 for rent help from uc. I will also have a guarantor so paying will not be an issue. I’m quiet polite and love to learn of new people and I’m a fully qualified carpenter just had to leave to look after an ill family member I would love to look at the room or maybe talk on the phone about it.
