Room needed

Hello and thanks for reading this.
Due to unfortunate events I am in desperate need of a room to rent. I’m a mature gent who is still young at heart, enjoys being sociable but equally happy to tuck myself away if necessary. Incredibly clean and considerate so will have the utmost respect for my housemates.
I spend a fair amount of time at the gym and with friends and family so will be in and out a fair amount.
