Flat/house share

Looking to split the cost of living whist I save for my own place.

Ideally want an en-suite or shared bathroom with one person. Apartment, flat or house. Wouldn't mind a rear garden or yard with access for motorbike and tool shed but not essential. Parking available either on street or drive for work van.

I'm a pretty quiet and tidy guy, clean up after myself and don't make a fuss, easy going generally.
Trying to quit smoking and don't smoke indoors.
Work 8-6 as geologist/engineer sometimes away for few days.

I spend my evenings watching motorsports, movies, crime docs, youtube, and like to exercise.

Only preferences is mutual respect, lived in hmo's before and never had an issue
