Friendly couple looking for a room to rent!

Hi! My name is Grace I'm 18 years old and I am a full time Teaching Assistant at a special needs school. Me and my partner, Bradley (19) are looking for a room to rent so we can finally begin our lives away from home. We are smokers but are happy to take ourselves outside if you are a non smoking household. We're very friendly people and love to crack a joke or two! We'd love to find a place for us to rent around hove area as it's right in the middle of both of our jobs. Don't worry, we're not expecting anything fancy! We just want a double room to rent :)
