Chill, friendly house near the university

I am an MA student in my final year, and I am looking for a house near the university. I am hoping to find housemates who are friendly and chill; I have no preferences for gender, orientation, or lifestyle choices.

I am friendly and sociable, and I am willing to compromise and communicate if issues arise. I am eager to make friends. I play the guitar, though I try to avoid causing noise which would disturb others.
