Looking for a room mon-fri

I am an oil and gas professional, 56 yo, living in the NE of England with my partner. Working in Aberdeen during the week.
I am currently working on a contract in Aberdeen which is scheduled to last 8-10 months. Would like a quiet, comfortable place to stay, close to the city so I can walk to work. A double room. Preferably with own bathroom. All of the usual facilities, washing machine, dryer, all kitchen amenities. Any kind of outdoor space would be a real bonus (a nice glass of wine in the sunshine after work is lovely)
I might need to stay a (very) occasional weekend night due to work commitments.
I like a bit of music, a bit of tv and a good book, a glass of wine or a cheeky beer.
I'm very clean and tidy and organized.
I am not concerned by anyone else's gender or orientation, I am happy to live and let live, but I don't do religion or extreme viewpoints.
