Furnished double bedroom in 2 bed flat, Bishopston

Hi, I am looking for the right person to move into my house mate's room ASAP whilst she is travelling. She expects to return around September 2024, but we would need to confirm the date when she has booked her return flight. Therefore some flexibility would be key.

About the flat:
The flat is based just off Gloucester road with excellent shops, cafes and transport locally. There are convenience shops nearby but also a Lidl and Aldi which are about a 10 min walk away. I drive so I would be happy to do a joint weekly shop!

The room is furnished (please see photos), and it's very important that the new house mate will respect Hannah's belongings whilst she's away.

The flat also comes with my lovely little cat called Mia :) so you would need to be ok with cats. She's very sweet and not too energetic in her old age.

Bills:
Rent is £550 plus bills, so it will come to £700, but this may go up come the winter months.

Deposit is £550 direct to the landlord.

About me:
Hello :) my name is Charlotte, I am 31 and work full time in the NHS Mon-Fri on site, therefore if you worked from home you would have the whole flat to do this. I enjoy pottering about, going to gigs, walks, watching films... all normal stuff really! Oh and running is a new thing for me (doing the Bristol 10km this Sunday eek!)

About you:
I am looking for someone who can move in ASAP and who will respect the flat and have good communication skills with me. I like my own company but happy to chill with you too with some food, a pint or film :) the main thing is respect.
