Double room available for short term let for students or/ working professionals. Rent is GBP750 with all bills included

The room will be ready for occupancy on June 20th till Sept 6th, however I will organise viewing at some point early next month. You’re welcome to discuss an extension of the contract with the landlord for upto a year!

About the place:
Conveniently situated and tranquil home, with a nice garden and off-street parking. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Cabot Circus, a 6-minute walk to Temple Meads train station, an 15-minute walk to Bristol City center, and 30 min walk/19 min bus to University(Clifton campus). The train station connects to all major bus routes in Bristol, with buses departing every 15 minutes.

The house is a 3-bed property(2 double and 1 single), the room available for rent is the biggest one of them(4.06m X 3.78m), king-size bed, furnished, with a small inbuilt wadrobe. It fits a working desk and a chair and still leaves lots of space.

Rossella, 27, Italian, a Ph. D. student in Economics at UoB, and she lived in Switzerland for the last 2 years. She loves cooking and dancing, but also listening to music or meeting up for some drinks. In a flat, she is sociable yet she values independence and needs space and time on her own to unwind.

Joel, 21, English, He is currently taking a placement year from his BSc in Computer Science and working as a software developer . He is very easygoing, respectable and mindful of others, occasionally works from home and enjoys going to the gym.
