Fully furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, and table/chair if requested. All bedding provided and towels.

Use of lounge with a furnished balcony and fully fitted kitchen. Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, air fryer and large fridge/freezer.

We are both quiet people who enjoy calm and cooking, so not a party house. I'm a mature individual who works part time and the other tenant is a student.

The internet is fibreoptic, and the location is just behind City Hall. Close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. 10 minutes walk to the UoB or to M1 bus stop for UWE.

Must bills included, however there is a £50 contribution to council tax per month.
