Cosy double bedroom next to downs

Hi,

I am looking for a flatmate in my 3 bedroom flat. The flat is located just next to the downs. It comes up fully furnished and there is a spare room which has another double bed which is handy if there are guest coming or can be used to work from home and extra space for storage. I am a business owner myself so spend most of my time outside of the place and would appreciate a company to chat, cook and watch some telly together when I am home.

I am really sociable and love going to the pubs, art exhibitions, gigs and etc. These being said since I wake up quite early for work, I appreciate a chill evening - still would love to boogie from time to time.

I live with my one eyed rescue cat, so being comfortable with cats is a must. He is very friendly and loves to cuddle even though he can be naughty sometimes, he is the best.

I am looking for someone who is preferably over 27 as I think it is easier for both parties to have similar likes and etc in a shared house.

So the bills, it comes around 190 per person with everything included.
