I have a very large studio available to rent. It has everything self contained in it including bed, wardrobe, drawers and its own ensuite that includes shower, toilet and wash basin. The living area includes, desk, desk chair, sofa, kitchen table and chairs and also includes kitchen with cooker, extractor, hob and fridge. Everything needed in this large studio.

It also has its own router with super fast broadband. Included in the price.

There is a sky box also included with movies and sports channels. No extra to pay for this.

The property has a small outdoor area and a very large off street car park for tenants to use. The location is very good, on a bus route and close to the A14/A1 plus the business parks. We also have a bike rack for cyclists.

Unfortunately I cannot accept pets due to allergies.
The studio is strictly for one person only please, no couples.

You will see from the pictures and video that this is a modern and very clean property.
