Close to Dawlish, 5-10min drive, and Dawlish Warren is a 5 min drive/cycle, or 30 ish min slow walk. There is easy access to Exeter, Torbay, Plymouth, and beyond, by car, train, or bus. Bus stop is a couple minutes walk away.
All local amenities are close by: supermarket, gym, leisure centre , and local pub, all within walking distance. Although quiet area, with plenty of lovely walks, there are also many different types of leisure facilities to join if that is what you would like.
