Professional person wanted for lovely en suite room in a large, light shared house with good public transport links to town and the hospital. Walking distance to Old Town and the supermarket. The building is set over 3 floors and has spacious staircases, high ceilings, with 2 shared kitchens and 3 shared bathrooms.

The room is recently painted this year with carpet less than a year old. The spacious en suite has a shower installed this last year. Large shared garden area, some off street parking, first come first served basis. It would suit someone who is used to shared living and will join in with the bin rota and recycle their waste.
