1 Double room in Kemptown Nr Lidl

We have a family home in Kemptown . The front double room is on the first floor by the front door . It gets the morning sunshine has a clothes rail in the alcove a carved fireplace and a small cupboard.. On the same floor we have a small loo with a butlers sink as my studio used to be in the house . This we will change to a basin .
There is a large bathroom on the next floor with a bath and stand in shower with a loo.
We have a kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is small but functional .

We are looking for a professional female . It is not a party house as such , we do play music we have a lot of records .
My husband works away during the week and I work at my studio most days .
We have a dog , so you must be alright with dogs . This one is quite zany he is a lurcher .
The street is quiet . On the 1 and 7 bus route near Lidl and the hospital .
