Hi my name is Alicia and I am currently looking for someone to take over my flatmate's tenancy in our 2-bedroom flat situated right in the heart of Glasgow.
The flat has a shared living room, and is a really cosy vibe.
The flat is located just off Sauchiehall Street and near to the city centre and just round the corner from Cowcaddens subway station so great transport links!
The rent is currently £625 per month excluding bills, but I would be happy to move the rooms around and take on more of the rent if you wanted to take the smaller room.
A bit about me
I work at the Glasgow School of Art so I would be looking for another young professional to split council tax with. I like going out and am pretty social so would be looking for someone else who is fairly outgoing! I am also very queer so would be looking for a queer-friendly housemate.
