We have a room going in our 3 bed flat based in Canary Wharf area. Unfortunately, our current flatmate is moving for a new job.

You'll be sharing with one guy from Dublin. We were a social flat pre Covid-19(we liked a drink or two on the weekend but, never brought the party back) while we still respect each others space, we do enjoy a great netflix binge, best moments of Dorinda, the royal performance from Olivia Coleman.

The flat is a 3 bed, 1 bath after undergoing a modern renovation. Solid wooden floors throughout, fully tiled bathroom with a rain shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, the living room is open plan with a small balcony off it.

The bedrooms comes furnished with a wardrobe, double ottoman bed (lifts up for storage) chest of draws plus storage in large coat closet.

Bills are not included and roughly total to £110 a month. We have highspeed broadband and the whole flat runs on renewable eletric energy. No gas in the flat. Council tax & Water are affordable.

You may have seen from the photos we have a dog named Rodger. Hes a playful Dachshund who loves belly rubs and cuddles. Hes well behaved 97% of the time with a great temperament! Someone who has grown up with dog had a dog previously or enjoys spending time with dogs would be ideal. No experience, please don't apply.

12 min walk to Canary Wharf with ample shops and restaurants, Waitrose, M&S, Tesco. Night bus runs right outside the flat while the Jubliee and DLR will take you anywhere in the city with ease.

We're looking for a clean and tidy housemate! We'll be doing interviews during the coming days.
