Unfurnished double room with clean flatmate

Looking for easy going person to share this beautiful space with me.
Must love cats and want to live with two and have no allergies.

I am OCD clean so only apply if you feel this is something you can relate to..
The room is available now as my lovely flatmate has moved out.
Would love someone long term but would consider 6 months minimum.

There are shops within a 1-5 min walk, including:
Waitrose, Boots, Sainsbury's and multiple coffee shops and hairdressers. Within 20 mins walk, you'll be in the north entrance of Richmond Park.
Should you cycle or run you can go around
Richmond Park, which is a perfect way to find the deer and exercise.
