I am a live in landlord looking for a lodger for the second bedroom in my property.

LOCATION:
The flat is well connected via the Elizabeth line which is 5 minutes away via bus or a 10-15 min walk. It is also on the 101 and W19 bus route with the Eastbound stop being a minted walk from the flat.

The flat located near lots of green spaces including Wanstead Flats and Wanstead park.

SHARED AREA:
This spacious flat has two bedrooms, shared bathroom, shared kitchen and shared lounge/ dining room. There is a shared garden and the rear of the property.

The lounge/ living area is furnished with my furniture.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is a very decent size and easily fits a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, bedside tables etc with walking space around.

The bedroom has a 4ft bed frame with mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and bin (all my property).

ABOUT ME:

I moved into this flat April 2024. I am a teacher so often leave earlier and come home late. I am looking for a flatmate who is in a similar situation (a professional, who works Monday-Friday).

Looking for someone likeminded who likes to socialise, but enjoys their alone time and is respectful of our own space.
