One Bedroom Flat - £2,200 pcm (bills included)

I am moving out of my one bedroom flat which is situated between West Kensington, Baron’s Court and West Brompton underground stations (approximately a 10 minute walk to each station). Flat is situated on the first (top) floor of a converted Victorian house.

Rent includes all bills (utilities, broadband and council tax) and the flat is fully furnished with all kitchen equipment, bedding/towels etc.

I’m hoping to find a professional tenant/couple who will love living at the flat as much as I have! References including proof of employment will be required.
