Room available in a beautiful first-floor two-bedroom flat, just a few minutes walk from Morningside Road shops/cafes etc and approximately 20 minutes bus from Edinburgh city centre. King bed with shared bathroom.
The flat is shared with one other girl who is in her late 20s and is a nurse at a GP clinic working Monday to Friday.
Available for short term let while I’m travelling, from 1st May until approx 3/4th June.
Bills and council tax are not included (£106 each per month for council tax, £20 each for wifi and usually around £75 each for power/gas depending on usage). Bedding and towels can be included if you want.
