Spacious bedroom in a cozy house

Well-furnished and decorated house in Headington. Ground floor bedroom, the size of the room is a double but currently with a single bed. Wardrobe, desk, mirror and bedside table included. The bedroom is east facing with great morning sunlight. Two shared toilets - shower downstairs and bath upstairs. The downstairs toilet isn't used much except for the shower so it's basically for the ground floor bedroom.
Quiet location close to Headington centre and Aldi within walking distance (approx 15 mins). 20 mins to Cowley rd. Very close to South Park and Lye Valley if you fancy parks. Easy bus access to city centre right in front of the house. Five mins walk to Churchill hospital & Nuffield Orthopaedics. Parking is available right in front of the house but parking permit is needed.
All bills are included (including council tax) but usage of electricity and gas needs to be within a reasonable range. We want a nice housemate who's willing to share the responsibility of keeping the communal area clean. We always had very nice relationships with the previous housemates and we became friends eventually so are looking for a girl who likes to share some time together but we do appreciate the personal space.
