Looking for alternative occupier

This is an En-suite type room at University Sheffield.
I signed a contract for 51 weeks from 22/09/2024 to 14/09/2025. However, due to personal reasons I have to move elsewhere and I am looking for a replacement tenant.

I need to find someone who matches my profile(it's the policy of accommodation), so
- I'm looking for a full-time registered postgraduate student at the university of Sheffield.
- The replacement student must not already be living in or contracted to university owned or partnership accommodation (e. g. Allen Court).

[About the room/flat]
- The flat is a mixed gender flat on 4th floor with 6 people sharing a kitchen.
- There are currently two people listed to move in.
- The deposit is 150 pounds.
- 15 min walk to Hallam City Camps / 14 min walk to School of Bioscience, ... - it's located in City centry.

I have signed a contract and paid the deposit, but I am looking for an alternative tenant to take over the flat before I start of the semester in September, so actually I didn't move in yet, it's just contracted status now.
