Looking for a potential summer tenancy takeover! . The flat is lovely. There are 5 girls and 2 boys all in different years of study doing a variety of courses. It can be a student of any university. The rent is £151 pw. The room is a premium en-suite room and the rooms on their website are currently £174 a week mine is £151. The room is very large and comes with a large main window and a smaller side window so it’s very bright. the room also has an en-suite.
